Nutrition - Dirty Diary 1 Class - Exploring the Basics

This is the first session of four basic nutrition discussions. This class will cover proteins, carbs and fats, and other topics such as how much salt, and sugar are acceptable and My Plate.gov. This first session will give you the introductory information that you need to begin making good choices when shopping or eating out.  

Cost: Donation

Bring a one day diary with all foods eaten including snacks. Portion sizes are not needed today.
